Mark Weller — Level III Certified Infrared Thermographer
Mark Weller holds the highest certification level in infrared thermography — Level III Certified Infrared Thermographer #8339 from the Infraspection Institute. While most thermographers hold only Level I certification, Mark's advanced Level III training gives him the expertise to analyze complex thermal patterns, produce technically accurate reports, and deliver recommendations that stand up to professional scrutiny.
In addition to his thermography credentials, Mark is a former Florida Certified Building Contractor and Florida Certified Roofing Contractor. This hands-on construction background allows him to understand building systems from the inside out — not just what the camera shows, but what the findings mean structurally and what it will take to address them.
Mark is also an FAA Licensed Drone Pilot, enabling safe and efficient aerial thermography of large commercial rooftops, and a BPI Certified Blower Door and Duct Tester for comprehensive building energy performance assessments.
